Christmas 2022 Toy Gift Guide for Kids
Are you looking for kid’s toy gift ideas for Christmas 2022? As a mom of a 4 year old and 2 year old, I’m always looking for great Christmas gift inspiration. The best toys are ones that keep the kids busy so parents can have a few minutes of peace! Here are a few of my favorite gender-neutral toys we own that keep our kids busy. Most of the gifts in this guide are more affordable options but there are a few larger items that would be great to ask Santa (or grandparents) for!
You’ll notice many of the toy items are made of wood and felt – we have found these are much more durable so we can enjoy them for many years. Plus I like that they’re nontoxic and I don’t have to worry about chemicals when my toddler or baby puts them in their mouth (you’d think a 4 year old would have outgrown that.. but no).
The biggest item on the gift guide is this inflatable bounce house. Will it clash with your decor? Yes, BUT it is worth every penny. Our kids play on it for hours every day and it’s the hit of the party whenever we have play dates. Let’s be honest, it’s more a gift for the parents than it is for the kids.
Other than the bounce house, the other items are all adorable toys I don’t mind having out on display when people come over. Trust me, it’s tricky to find toys that are fun for the kids but also attractive and don’t clash with the decor!
