Natalie’s private mentorship takes place over the course of 12 weeks. Each week you will have a one hour 1-on-1 phone call with her to learn, answer your questions, and get actionable steps for the upcoming week. You will also have direct email access to her throughout the week for any questions that arise.

The beauty of the 1-on-1 mentorship with Natalie is that there is no set curriculum. Natalie always has your long-term goals in mind and will customize each session to your needs but common topics include:
GOAL SETTING & CLARITY
You should always have goals you’re working towards in life – whether that’s in your business or personal life. Natalie starts out each coaching program helping you get crystal clear on your major goals – for some this is an easy assignment, for others they need more guidance in thinking big and creating bold goals. Your goals are what will determine what topics will be covered in each of the sessions. If you’re unsure of where you’re heading, Natalie can help you create clarity so you feel confident you are on the right path.
DESIGN PRESENTATIONS
If you need help creating your design presentations, Natalie will do a screen share of her computer to show you exactly how to create design boards using PowerPoint. She can also do the same for floor plans. To give you extra practice she can give you example client scenarios and provide critiques on your final presentation.
SERVICES & PRICING
Natalie will walk you through all the different design services you can offer as an Interior Designer and help you determine which ones are best for you and your business. She can also discuss different methods of pricing your design services and what method and price point is best for you.
CLIENT PROCESS
Need help getting more clients? Natalie will walk you through how to get new clients but will also teach you how to make the entire design process go smoothly for both you and your clients.
ORDERING PRODUCT
Do you order the product or does your client? Natalie can walk you through the entire buying, storing, and delivery process as well as cover how to handle final install day.
E-DESIGN
Calling all introverts! Did you know you can offer edesign services that allow you to work remotely with clients from all over the country? Edesign is a great service to add to any existing design business or possibly even make it into your full time income.
RETAIL STORE
Natalie has been formally trained as a merchandiser and buyer in both high end furniture stores as well as budget-friendly decor boutiques. She can help you with the process of setting up wholesale accounts, building your retail team, merchandising, and marketing your home decor boutique.

BRANDING & WEBSITE REVIEW
Your branding is the fundamental aspect of telling your story and attracting your dream clients. This is one of the key areas where someone is losing a paying customer and they can’t figure out why. Natalie will do a full branding and website review and will walk you through any changes that need to be made to get your message across and attract paying customers.
CONTENT CREATION
This is an area many entrepreneurs struggle in. Creating great content can feel like a never ending task and often times you hit a block and feel like you have nothing new to share. Natalie teaches you a way to batch content just once and have it formatted across all your platforms – there’s even a way to have it automated for you! She can also brainstorm with you new content topics that your ideal client is searching for.
WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Interior Designers have access to exclusive designer discounts and wholesale vendors. Wholesale accounts give you access to unique products not sold anywhere else. They also allow you to make significantly more money as you’re able to buy directly from the manufacturer (typically 50-75% off retail prices). Learn how to find the best wholesale vendors, how to open an account, and how to determine what to charge your clients.
EXPANDING YOUR TEAM
Eventually your design business will get to the point that you will want to bring on team members to help you with your workload. Natalie can help you determine what kind of team member to hire first (assistant, project manager, designer, etc.) as well as how to go about the hiring process.

WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching with Natalie is 1-on-1 guidance from someone who has been there before and can help you get major results in your business. Throughout the mentorship, Natalie will help you clear the roadblocks and give you strategic action steps each week to get you to the next level.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
This mentorship is specifically for designers who have been in the industry for a bit and are ready to take their business to the next level. Whether you’re ready to transition from working at a design firm to owning your own business, or you would like to take your existing business to the next level. Natalie can help you launch and grow your business, get more clients, simplify your processes, grow your team, and make more money with less stress.
WHAT IF I HAVE NO DESIGN EXPERIENCE BUT WANT TO LEARN HOW TO BECOME AN INTERIOR DESIGNER?
If you don’t have any prior experience in the interior design world, Natalie offers a 12 week online course that teaches you how to become an Interior Designer and launch your interior design business.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO START MY OWN BUSINESS?
Most interior design firms will want to see some kind of design experience. Natalie can work with you to build up your portfolio, market yourself, and master the design process so you can land your dream job! Bonus – you can use Natalie as a reference and add the mentorship to your resume!
WHAT ALL IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?
Over the course of 12 weeks, you and Natalie will have a one hour phone call each week. Natalie will completely tailor the topics to what you need to get your business to the next level (see above for common session topics). For example, one week you may be discussing your pricing strategy, the next week Natalie could do a screen share tutorial on how to create a design presentation, and another week could be auditing your social media platforms for improvements.
Natalie will take into account your overall goals for your business and plan the next week’s topic to be strategically in order of what you need to accomplish next. At the end of every phone call she will also give you action steps to complete before the following week’s call so you can immediately apply what you’ve learned and start making progress in your business. If you have a problem or question arise throughout the week, you will have direct email access to Natalie and she will reply within 1 business day.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO DEVOTE TO THE PROGRAM?
You will need to devote 1 hour each week for your phone call with Natalie. Your call will be set up for the same day/time each week so you can plan ahead. At the end of each phone call Natalie will give you action steps to complete prior to the next week’s call. These action steps will be customized to what you discussed on the call and what you need to complete to make progress in your business. On average clients spend an additional 4 hours a week implementing what they learned on their coaching call (so a total of 5 hours per week).
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE THE TIME?
Natalie is fully invested in her client’s progress and success so she only takes on individuals who are fully committed to the 12 week program. In the long run, coaching actually helps to save you time as you get where you’re going quicker and you are only spending time on tasks that will produce results. If you don’t have a minimum of 5 hours each week to devote, then you will not see results in your business and the mentorship will not be worth your investment at this time.
WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
The investment for Natalie’s 12 week 1-on-1 mentorship is $9,800.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE THE MONEY?
This is one of the most common objections to hiring a personal coach. This concern is usually coming from a place of “lack” and fear. If you are serious about your success and committed to seeing results then you know, just like any other business, it requires some investment to see serious growth. If you expect clients to invest in your services, then you must be willing to invest in yourself first. If money is what’s holding you back then it’s time to do some mindset work and see if you are doubting your own success and ability to make this investment back.
Also, Natalie offers a 12 week online course which is a more affordable way to be mentored by her.
HOW ACCESSIBLE IS NATALIE?
Natalie intentionally only takes on a few coaching clients at a time because she wants to ensure she has the time and capacity to pour into each of her clients and their success. You will be fully supported throughout the mentorship with a weekly one hour phone call with Natalie as well as direct email access to her throughout the week. Natalie understands sometimes problems will arise that can’t wait until the next session so she’s happy to hop on the phone and problem solve with you if need be!
