Curated by Natalie Massie is an online shop that features home decor items that are typically exclusive to interior designers. These items are usually reserved for Natalie’s interior design clients but she has curated some of her favorite pieces and is opening it up to the public to shop. The items will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.

Order Fulfillment

Natalie has partnered up with SideDoor to fulfill all orders. This incredible team works full-time on coordinating with our vendors to order product and set up all shipping & delivery.  SideDoor customer support can be contacted for any questions or concerns about delivery and/or damages.

Free Shipping & Threshold Delivery

All orders placed through Curated by Natalie Massie include free shipping and threshold delivery. Threshold delivery includes all items being delivered to your home in their original packaging. You may instruct the delivery personnel as to whether you would like your delivery placed immediately inside your home, or left on your doorstep. Threshold delivery does not include placing products in specific rooms, assembly, or removal of original packaging.

Sidedoor will send you e-mail updates when your items ship. Larger furniture items will be shipped via freight trucks and you will be contacted by the freight carrier when your item arrives and is ready for home delivery.

White Glove Delivery

Each item has the option to upgrade to white glove delivery at checkout. White glove delivery includes bringing the item into the desired room, unboxing, light assembly, and removal of all packing material. Two flights of stairs are also included in this service.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

We are not able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as items are special ordered specifically for you when the item is placed and are shipped directly from the manufacturer. All sales are final unless the item is damaged in transit. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, please make note on your delivery paperwork and send photos of the packaging and product to SideDoor customer service. The SideDoor team will arrange for a repair or for the manufacturer to send a new piece.

Alternate Sizes, Colors, & Finishes

If you find an item you love (such as bedding or rugs) but it’s not listed in the size/color you need, email us at info@interiordesignforbeginners.com. We will look to see if the size/color you need is available and if it is, email you a direct link to order. 

Design Services

Natalie is able to curate pieces specifically for your room and design style through her online interior design services (called eDesign). E-design is virtual interior design completed fully online through email communication in a simple 4 step process.
