Bedroom Designs Inspired by the ACOTAR Characters

Bedroom Designs Inspired by the ACOTAR Characters

Calling all acolytes of the Night Court! Are you dreaming of transforming your bedroom into a sanctuary worthy of Prythian’s most powerful High Fae? Look no further! This blog post will unveil stunning bedroom designs inspired by the captivating characters of Sarah J. Maas’s beloved A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) series.

Feyre Archerian: A Bloom in the Night

Feyre, our fiesty protagonist, embodies resilience and growth. Capture her fierce spirit with a color palette that reflects the mysterious allure of the Night Court. I chose emerald green as the base for this room as it’s deep tone is moody and mysterious like the night court but still feminine. Drape the bed in luxurious emerald green velvet throws and incorporate gold accents throughout the room including a hand painted stary night ceiling and large starburst chandelier.

Rhysand: A Whisper of Night

The brooding and seductive High Lord of the Night Court deserves a bedroom that exudes both power and mystery. Opt for a dramatic color scheme of deep navy blues and charcoals, accented with shimmering gold. Incorporate masculine elements like leather upholstery and sleek wood furniture. Don’t forget to add a plush rug in a rich jewel tone for added comfort.

Elaine Archerian: Graceful as a Rose

Elaine, Feyre’s gentle and kindhearted younger sister, deserves a space that reflects her inherent grace. Think light and airy with a color palette of soft pinks, pale neutrals, and hints of rose gold. Drape the bed in luxurious white linens and include an accent wall with large floral wallpaper. Add a comfortable sitting area with plush armchairs perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and a good book.

Azriel: Shadows and Secrets

Azriel, the brooding shadowsinger, is a complex character shrouded in mystery. His room should reflect this enigmatic nature. Embrace a monochromatic color scheme of deep blues and charcoal tones. Incorporate plenty of bookshelves to house his collection of ancient texts and maps. The masculine bedroom includes a starry night ceiling with light strips that illuminate the recessed ceiling .

Nesta Archerian: Embrace the Thorns

Nesta, Feyre’s fiery sister, is a force of nature. Her room should channel her moody but romantic personality. Embrace a dark color scheme with inky blacks, deep purples, and hints of gold. Drape the bed in luxurious velvet throws and add a chaise lounge perfect for curling up with a good book (perhaps a well-worn copy of ACOMAF?). The room features floor to ceiling bookcases for her expansive collection of spicy novels.

Cassian: Warrior's Rest

Cassian, the playful and brave Illyrian warrior, deserves a space that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation. Create a calming atmosphere with a monochromatic palette of soft grays and black. Incorporate natural materials like wood and leather textures. A comfortable low profile bed provides a perfect spot for Cassian to crash after a training session or a long night at Rita’s. Don’t forget to include a display case for his collection of Illyrian daggers and other weapons.

Morrigan: Huntress's Haven

Mor, the formidable Wing Commander and loyal friend, deserves a bedroom that reflects both her fierce prowess and her connection to the Night Court. Deep reds dominate the color scheme, evoking Mor’s strength and unwavering determination. The room is drenched in crimson red including a velvet tufted bed with a luxurious backdrop of crimson drapes. Accent these bold pops of color with touches of gold, a nod to the opulence of the Night Court.

Amren: A Queen's Power

Amren, the witty seer, is a force to be reckoned with. Her room should exude an aura of power and regality. Opt for a jewel-toned color scheme of deep purples and hints of gold. Incorporate luxurious fabrics like velvet and silk for drapes, bedding, and throw pillows. Don’t forget to add plenty of storage for her collection of exquisite jewelry and keepsakes.
