Midcentury Modern Bedroom Design

Are you looking to incorporate the midcentury modern (MCM) design style into your bedroom but are on a budget? I’ve put together this affordable midcentury mod bedroom design that can give you the inspiration on how to achieve the look when working with a tight budget.

The jumping off point and the key piece in the room is this dark teal blue leather bed with wood frame. I then accented it with woven leather ottoman cubes in a cognac color to contrast against the dark navy bed. I then added in a pair of the classic midcentury modern nightstands with long tapered legs. Next, I added in a simple rug with a large black and white geometric print to bring more interest to the room without being too busy.

I wanted a large piece of artwork to put above the bed so I found this piece that incorporates the same blue and teal tones from the bed but also pulls in the deep jade green that I was able to use in my accent pillows and lamps.
